1. - I understand and agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee that will hold student lesson time, and includes a free folder with all the material of the class.
All payments are processed by pre-authorized credit cards every four weeks since the first class started. Your monthly payment includes 4 classes.
I understand and agree that there will be a late fee of $10 for overdue payments (No exceptions)
2. - For any lessons missed by a teacher, the academy will attempt to provide a substitute teacher. If a substitute teacher is unavailable, a private makeup lesson with the teacher will be scheduled promptly. For any lesson missed by a student, the academy holds forty five minute group make-up classes the last week of each month. ( Music Students Only) To sign up for a makeup class, contact the office and not the instructor for a day and time. The calendar will be on the front desk on the 1st day of every month.
3.- I understand and agree that every time the student will miss a class, I will communicate to the academy by email, phone, or text message about the absence.
4. - To discontinue lessons and to discontinue charges to your account, fill out the withdrawal at least one week before your next payment and bring the paper to the front office.
5 - Conroe Music And Art Academy operates year round and does not close for the Summer. If you are taking vacations we are happy to offer unlimited makeups for our students the last week of every month or on different dates if we have available. If you decide to drop the classes any time during the year, you must pay a registration fee again to return to classes.
6 - I understand and agree that the student has the right to participate in our bi-annual recitals as long as they have at least 6 months of having started classes with us.
7 - The school is not responsible for providing before or after care for students. Parents with children under the age of eight must remain in the school lobby during the classes. Students are not to be left at the school for excessive time periods before or after their lessons.
8 - Parents, legal guardians of minors, student and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal lesson activity conducted by the student or their siblings before, during, or after lesson time, including hearing loss or hearing damage.
9 - Children must wait for their parents to pick them up inside the Academy. Please do not ask them to meet you elsewhere. Conroe Music and Art Academy assumes no responsibility for children who leave unaccompanied. * On the electronic payment authorization form, sign that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these policies.
